I always use Crisco Shortning in pie crust. However have never frozen unbaked pie crust. I use Three and One
-Three parts flour One part Shortning. Finger press together by pressing the shortning against the metal bowl to moisten all flour into the shooting- the add enough Milk (1/2 to 3/4 cup)-To Hold easily together.
Will this recipe work for freezing?
