Hi Lourdes, while it would certainly be possible to make coffee cake cupcakes, the time and effort it would take to layer and assemble each cupcake, along with the potential for the individual cupcakes to be a bit drier (more edges, less interior tenderness) discourages us from recommending this particular application of these delicious coffee cake recipes.
